3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are based on information supplied by the customer and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. We quote any job for free.

Any additional work or changes may incur extra costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

4. Appointments and Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property on the agreed date and time.

If we are unable to access the property, a call-out or rescheduling fee may apply.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required on completion of the service, unless otherwise arranged in writing.

We accept cash, EFT, credit cards.

Unpaid invoices may incur late payment fees or collection costs.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We take pride in our work and offer warranties where applicable, depending on the pest and treatment type.

Warranty periods will be clearly stated on your service report or invoice. Which is 4months within that time frame we come out for a service call for free to redo any areas that are needed.

Please note that warranties do not cover reinfestations caused by poor hygiene, structural issues, or failure to follow our recommendations.

7. Safety and Responsibility

We use approved pest control products safe for humans and pets when used correctly.

Customers must follow all safety instructions provided before and after treatment.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the customer’s failure to follow instructions.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

9. Liability

While we take every care in our work, 21st Century Pest Specialist is not liable for:

  1. Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

  2. Any pre-existing pest, structural, or environmental issues beyond our control.

  3. Pest reappearance due to conditions outside the scope of our treatment.
