Why can I still see pests after the treatment?

It's normal to see some activity in the days after a spray. The treatment draws pests out of hiding as it takes effect, and numbers drop off over the following one to two weeks. If you're still seeing activity after that, contact us and we'll come back.

We use a mix of liquid sprays, baits, dusts and traps, matched to the pest and the site. Every job starts with an inspection so we treat the source, not just what you can see. All products are registered and applied by licensed technicians.

In most cases, yes. You can stay inside during an external treatment. For internal work we may ask you to leave the treated rooms for a couple of hours while the spray dries. Your technician will explain what's needed on the day.

For external treatments, yes. For internal work we recommend keeping babies and young children out of the treated rooms until the spray has dried, around two to three hours. Let us know in advance and we'll plan the treatment around your family.

Keep pets out of the treated area until the spray dries, around two to three hours. Move or cover fish tanks and bird cages and switch off aquarium pumps during the treatment. We'll let you know when it's safe for them to return.
